Dudley
What is a Dudley lab? A Dudley lab is on with No Black Pigment. The nose and pads will be pink or liver colored and not black. Other than the possibility of sunburn this does not physically impact the dog however it is counted against them in the show ring as the AKC breed standard wants cream labs to have black noses.
